If you experience difficulties with viewing these scanned documents please email acolnet@guildford.gov.uk quoting the application reference number. If the plan files are particularly large (for example over 5MB in size) they can take some time to load depending on your internet connection speed. If you experience slow opening times please right-click on the link and select 'Save target as' to save the PDF to your machine and open it directly. We are now able to provide a measuring/scaling tool which is available in Adobe Reader once we have applied the tool to a particular file. Please email us, including the application reference number, via the address above to request this be added to a plan file.

During November 2009 we scanned and uploaded 219 planning applications, amendments and additions with 91% of these being made available online within our target of 3 working days of consultation.

The application, together with a hard copy of the plans, may also be viewed at our Planning Helpdesk in the council offices. The Officer's report will appear online under application details once the application has been decided.
