We carry out a variety of market research and consultation activities throughout the council giving residents the chance to participate in decision-making in the local area. These range from larger surveys and statutory consultation to opportunities for participation for specific groups of people. Example groups include Guildford Youth Council, Tenants’ Federation, Tenants’ Armchair Participation, local residents’ associations and focus groups.
The results from all this research helps us to more fully understand the needs of local residents and tailor our services to meet them.
