The Surrey Community Risk Register details the likelihood and impact of various hazards (or threats) that could affect the county. This is based on the worst case scenario, and some of the hazards will be more relevant to Guildford Borough than others. For each possible hazard, the combination of the impact and likelihood has been assigned a risk rating of Low, Medium, High or Very High.
