Handy person service


This Service is available to residents who are aged over sixty, or who are disabled.  The Handy Person can carry out small works to your property, including:

  • installation of keysafes
  • small carpentry works
  • plumbing repairs or small alterations
  • shelving
  • assembling flat pack units

Although a same-day service cannot be offered, genuine emergencies will be given priority.

The fee for this service is from £10 - £16 per hour, plus the cost of materials, for which you will be invoiced within 28 days of the work being carried out.
