Our community alarm service provides an alarm unit to help people living in the Guildford Borough area in the event of an emergency.
The alarm unit requires a telephone socket and works through a normal domestic power supply, enables the user to simply press a button, which sends an alarm call.
Equipment is easy to connect and simple to operate. Peace of mind is ensured by an Alarm Centre which is staffed 24 hours a day 365 days a year to answer your call.
Our trained and experienced operators can identify the source of the call and arrange for the most appropriate assistance even if you are unable to speak.
There is a charge for the service, see the current community alarm price list, which includes connection, monitoring and maintenance. You will continue to be responsible for your telephone bill.
