Whatever the problem an appropriate contact will be called: The emergency services: Doctor: Next of kin or family member: District nurse or carer.

Fully trained operators to handle your calls
Comprehensive training is given to all operators to ensure that your call is dealt with quickly, professionally and sympathetically.

State of the art equipment – Tunstall PNC 4 Vision
The latest technology in Call Centre handling is used to maximise efficiency.

Compatible with all other manufacturers equipment
Whatever equipment calls through the system, compatibility and compliance is assured.

Disaster Recovery back-up to facilitate a continuous service
In the event of a system failure a comprehensive disaster recovery plan is in place. All calls will divert to a remote site where back-up data is stored to ensure a continuous service. Power failures automatically divert to the uninterrupted power supply (UPS) connected to the Tunstall system.

Voice recording of all calls for security and training
Voice recordings of all calls into the Call Centre are kept for one year.

Calls histories
Details of individual calls are sent for reference and information.

Management reports
Available on request to all relevant authorities – They include:

  • General Analysis of calls
  • Call response times
  • Analysis of calls by reason
  • No contact from dwelling
  • Daily response analysis
  • Bespoke reports
