Lone workers

The Emergency Communications Service provides a number of packages for monitoring ‘Lone Workers’, using a range of monitoring equipment.

For static locations such as Night Watchmen, RELATE Counsellors, The YMCA Receptionist and various personnel who will be vulnerable because they work alone.

Mobile Lone Workers
Community Wardens, Environmental Health Officers, on-call engineers, Security Guards, Caretakers and many individuals who move about the community due to the nature of their work.

Multiple Lone Workers
Teachers in schools, hospital staff and personnel in large organisations open to the public.

Database logging of Lone Workers
All requests for monitoring are logged as a ‘Parked Call’ in the Tunstall PNC4 Vision database and a timed reminder set to alert for overdue contact from the ‘Lone Worker’. Automatic call logging is also available using Tunstalls Lone Worker Manager software.
