From 3 April our offices will no longer be open until 8pm on Thursday night. This is due to the low number of visitors and expansion of our online services and other ways you can get help from us. The last late night will be 27 March. 

You can visit us in person at the following times:
Monday to Thursday  - 8.30am to 5pm
Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Please note that the cash office closes half an hour before the main offices.

You can also get help from us online at any time or by telephone during office hours.
