Enterprise Estate, Moorfield Road, Slyfield Industrial Estate, Guildford
The recently refurbished Enterprise Estate is situated on the south side of Moorfield Road on the Slyfield Industrial Estate, Guildford’s premier Industrial Location. Moorfield Road is accessed from the A320 Guildford to Woking Road to the north of Guildford town centre. The A3 can be reached ¾ mile to the south.
There are a total of 26 units built in seven terraces with sizes ranging from approximately 500 - 1,00sq.ft. (46.5 - 92.9sq.m)

Foundation Units, Westfield Road, Slyfield Industrial Estate, Guildford
The Foundation Units are on Westfield Road, which connects with Moorfield Road on the Slyfield Industrial Estate. There are a total of 14 units in two terraces. The Foundation Units are principally reserved for general industrial use including motor trade.

Enterprise Estate, Station Road West, Ash Vale
The recently refurbished Enterprise Estate is situated on Station Road West, which connects with Lysons Avenue at the Farnborough/Ash Vale junction of the Blackwater Valley Relief Road (A331). The A331 provides a dual carriageway link between Junction 4 of the M4 and the A31, with onward connection to the A3 at Guildford. Ash Vale Railway station is within a short walk of the property.
The Estate consists of a total of 18 units, each being 625sq.ft (58.1sq.m), although there are some double units of 1,250sq.ft (116.2sq.m).
Terms
The units are available to let on new 3-year leases, to be excluded from the Security of Tenure provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Part II. Tenants are responsible for Internal Repairs and Insurance. There will be a small stepped increase in rent during that period. Tenants are responsible for a proportion of the service charge administered in relation to the general maintenance of the Estate and the external repairs.
