As well as our daily minor works, we are also responsible for the design, supervision and project management for capital schemes.  Capital schemes are usually larger scale projects with set budgets and timescales.

Our job is to design the scheme, put together tender documents, select a contractor to carry out the works.  We then supervise the construction to ensure that they are built safely, to specification and budget.
