Spectrum Leisure Centre  - Car park extension:

Before the new extension was built, the Park & Ride scheme ran from the main car park. When the Leisure Centre was first built the car park was not designed with this in mind and suffered capacity problems from time to time, particularly during the school holidays.

This scheme provided 254 additional spaces, a bus lay-by with shelter and a new recycling area. A new area for coaches to pick up and drop off visitors was also constructed in the main car park.
