Are there maximum and minimum working temperatures?
For indoor workplaces there is no maximum temperature.  Approved guidance suggests a minimum temperature in rooms where people normally work of 16 degrees centigrade or 13 degrees centigrade where the work involves severe physical effort.

Do I have to carry out a risk assessment?

Do I need to register my business with Guildford Borough Council?
