Guildford Environmental Forum (GEF) is a group of volunteers actively involved in finding solutions to environmental problems.
- The forum is composed of people who care about the environment.
- It was set up in 1993 and has become a credible voice with decision-makers.
- Coordinated by an Executive Committee it functions through working groups.
- It presents practical solutions, raises awareness and delivers projects.
- Members come from all backgrounds including education, business, farming, voluntary groups and elected bodies. Some join as individuals, some are associated with organisations.
