
The forum is managed by an Executive Committee which meets every two months at the council. All officers (currently Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Membership Secretary and Working Group Chairs) are automatically members. Other members are elected onto the committee by existing officers and members, and the council nominates a member from each of the three principal parties.
The secretariat is an officer of the council. The forum receives a grant from the council annually, and general secretarial support for the Executive Committee.
