Guildford Environmental Forum (GEF) is a group of volunteers actively involved in finding solutions to environmental problems.

• The forum is composed of people who care about the environment.
• It was set up in 1993 and has become a credible voice with decision-makers.
• Coordinated by an Executive Committee it functions through working groups. 
• It presents practical solutions, raises awareness and delivers projects.
• Members come from all backgrounds including education, business, farming, voluntary groups and elected bodies.

GEF is financed by members' subscriptions, the council and grants from funding bodies.
