Following the informal consultation and public exhibitions that were held in November 2006, the feedback generated and subsequent discussions with local elected members and respective Parish Councils has resulted in a number of changes to the previously displayed proposals.
The reports detailed below, and including the revised proposals, are being presented to the next meeting of Surrey County Council's Guildford Local Committee, to be held at Peaslake Village Hill at 7pm on Thursday 22 March 2007 .

Depending on the outcome of the meeting, the proposals may then be formally advertised in the coming months. This will give the public an opportunity to make representations based on the revised proposals.
