Deposit

• Returnable Key Deposit of £25
  This deposit is refunded on the termination of the agreement and return of the garage key.

Please note: Requests to rent a garage must be made in writing

Termination of Agreement Requirements

• One month written notice
• Garage key returned to the Parking Office by hand

Rental Terms

All council garages are let on the strict understanding that they are used solely for the garaging of a private vehicle. Under no circumstances whatsoever should they be used for any other purpose.
