Challenging your parking fine

• Challenge your parking fine online (if it was issued within the last 14 days).

If your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) was issued over 14 days ago, please contact the Parking Enforcement Section at the address below.

Your challenge will be considered together with additional information provided by the Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO).  Photographic evidence is usually recorded at the time of the notice.

The council is committed to upholding its terms and conditions of parking however, it is also committed to ensuring that all challenges are fully considered. 

If you challenge this PCN within 14 days and the challenge is rejected, the council will usually re-offer the 14 day discount period.

The parking office is open Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.15pm.
