As part of our ongoing effort to provide high quality services, one of the key measures we have for service quality on these services is whether we cleared the recycling or green waste that was presented on the scheduled day of collection. We set ourselves a target and this target is reviewed annually, the target is shown by the red line on the charts. The figures themselves are cumulative so the figures represented in the chart are the average missed collections per week over the whole year so far. The measure is the number of missed collections per 100,000 collections carried out.
We monitor missed collections by crew on a weekly basis and any concerns or issues identified are raised with the crew.
