Important - Major changes to the bus permit scheme with effect from 1 April 2008
Free bus permits, which currently entitle holders to free off-peak travel within Surrey, are available to Guildford’s senior citizens and many disabled persons.
I have never had a bus permit before

In order to obtain a bus permit, you will be required to show one of the following documents in order to provide proof of entitlement.
- Senior Citizens
- Pension book
- Pension card
- Driving licence
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Medical card
- Disabled persons
- A letter from Social Services
- Doctor’s letter
- Copy of Blue Badge
- Surrey Adult Linked Disability Registers card
- Surrey Voluntary Association for the Blind card
