| We have 7 units of Sheltered Housing situated across the borough, where tenants are able to live independently in their own self contained flats. Two of our Courts are able to offer an extra care service provided by Surrey County Council Social Care Services. |

| Our Home Improvement Agency offers assistance to eligible home owners and private tenants in Guildford and Waverley. We offer advice and practical solutions to repairs and improvements, disabled adaptations and security measures. We also operate a handyperson service. |

We give a range of grants and loans to eligible owners and tenants. This includes assistance for heating; energy efficiency and renewable technology. Landlords, tenants and other occupiers can obtain expert advice on a range of subjects and we enforce housing standards in the private rented sector.
