Housing capital programme 2009/10


Between April 2009 and March 2010, we will spend £6 Million improving and maintaining tenants homes.  This is on top of the £4 Million we spend on routine and minor repairs ranging from painting the outside of our properties to fixing a boiler.

The table below details how the £6 Million for improvements is planned to be spent:
