Housing Strategy 2005 - 2010
The revised Housing Strategy sets the direction and the priorities for housing in the Borough for 2005/6 onwards.
It describes the needs identified in the borough through surveys and other research carried out by the council and consultants on its behalf.
The strategy will be reviewed at least annually and in response to any major issues likely to affect the needs or the ability to deliver the objectives set out in the action plan.
We also welcome any comments that could contribute to this ongoing review process.

Strategic Housing Market Assessment 2008
