Band 3

Priority within bands
Within each band applicants are placed in date order (date application received).
How to apply?
The demand for shared ownership schemes is often in excess of the number of properties available. This means that once applicants are accepted onto the register it is difficult to predict a waiting time. The list however is always open and for advice on your eligibility and an application contact Housing Advice Services using the details at the bottom of this page.
You will also need to register with the Surrey 'HomeBuy agent', Catalyst Housing Group. An online application is available at www.catalysthomebuy.org.uk (this page opens in a new window).
You can also visit the council offices during the following opening hours:
- Monday to Thursday
8.30am until 5pm
- Friday
8.30 am until 4.30pm
