This development by Windsor Housing association, in partnership with Guildford Borough Council, will replace the old Headway Resource centre, which supports people with head injuries, with a new facility including new affordable homes.

One of the one-bedroom flats will be allocated to a person in housing need who has a need for the resource centre and is recovering from a head injury.

September 2008 - Demolition of the old Headway resource centre is now complete.  The site has been cleared and foundations laid for the new resource centre and flats.  The groundwork is also underway.

October 2008 - Work to the foundations, substructure block, internal drainage and duct work is now complete.  The timber frame structure is progressing well and the overall building work is on target.
