When can I expect my repair to be done?
We arrange over four hundred repairs a week. We prioritise repairs based on information provided to us when the problem is reported.
Below is our priority classifications, a definition and an example in each case.
Priority - Emergency
Attend site within 4 hrs.
Definition
Immediate risk to the health, safety or welfare of residents or members of the public or likely to cause extensive damage.

Serious flooding
Priority - Next Day
Complete by end of next working day.
Definition
Minor risk to the health, safety or welfare of residents or members of the public or likely to cause some damage.
Example
Priority - Urgent
Complete within 7 working days.
Definition
Slight risk to the health, safety and welfare of residents or members of the public or significant inconvenience.

Priority - Normal
Complete within 30 working days.
Definition
Routine repairs that do not significantly affect the use of the property along with most external repairs.
