When can I expect my repair to be done?
With around 400 repairs being arranged every week, we need a system to ensure the most urgent is dealt with first. The repairs team do this by discussing the problem with you when you report the repair. Based on the information you give us, each repair is given a priority code which sets the target date for the work to be completed.
