Dray Court extra care sheltered housing provides accommodation for older people who require higher levels of support. This enables individuals to remain independent in their own homes.
Dray Court is situated in Guildford Park and is surrounded by landscaped gardens. It is approximately one mile from the town centre and there is a bus stop just outside the court with a regular service into town. The rail station is just a few minutes away.

Accommodation
The three storey, centrally heated building has 60 one-bedroom flats and 10 two-bedroom flats. Each flat is fully self-contained, including a bathroom and kitchen.
Facilities
Facilities include:
- Well equipped laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers.
- Outside washing lines in the summer.
- Two passenger lifts and several ramped areas for easy access to all levels of the building.
- Hairdressing salon open two days a week.
- Assisted bathing suite.
- Adapted shower rooms for those who are unable to use a bath.
- Guest room available for hire at reasonable prices for families and friends for short periods.
- A meal provision service is available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) where a midday meal can be bought via the Meals on Wheels service.
- Unigate Dairy deliver milk three times a week to your door.
- Papers delivered by local shops to your door.
- A collection and delivery service for prescriptions.

The Post Office and local shops are within walking distance from Dray Court.
Support services
A member of staff is on duty during office hours Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and on Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. The staff visitor service is on-call for emergencies outside of these hours.
When a member of staff is not available, the scheme is switched to the care centre in Guildford. If an emergency arises, help is summoned from a red pull-chord situated in all flats and communal areas.
