There are 25 single flatlets and 1 one bed flat, all with central heating. Each has a spacious bed/sitting room, fitted kitchen, bathroom or shower room.

Facilities

• A guest room is available for relatives or friends to book at a nominal charge.
• A full sized lift is available for tenants living above the ground floor and will accommodate wheelchairs.

Social activities
Many social events are arranged throughout the year including summer and Christmas Bazaars. The communal lounge overlooks the river – a pleasant place to sit and relax to chat to friends or enjoy a cup of coffee at the regular coffee mornings.

Local amenities
As well as the full range of shops and bus and train stations close by, Millmead Court is also close to Theatres, Churches, a Chiropodist and a GP’s surgery.

Support services
A team of Community Support Managers provide support to the tenants and can be called to provide assistance, by using the alarm pull-cord in all the flats and communal areas. When a member of staff is not available the scheme is switched to the care centre in Guildford. If an emergency arises, help is summoned from a red pull-chord situated in all flats and communal areas.
