Support services
A team of Sheltered Housing Officers provide support to the tenants during office hours Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and on Fridays from 8.30am - 4.30pm, and can be called to provide assistance, by using the alarm pull-cord in all the flats and communal areas. Outside of these hours, support is provided by a team of staff visitors in the event of an emergency. When a member of staff is not on site, the scheme is switched to the care centre in Guildford. If an emergency arises, help is summoned from a red pull-chord situated in all flats and communal areas.
