To apply for our sheltered housing accommodation you need to fill in a form. You can download this form by visiting www.guildfordhomechoice.org.uk. In the list on the homepage you will see a link to 'application'.

Transferring accommodation
You can also transfer to a different accommodation by visitng www.guildfordhomechoice.org.uk and using the 'transfer application' form link.
