Support services
There is a team of sheltered housing officers who ensures your welfare during office hours Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm, and on Fridays from 8.30am - 4.30pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Outside of these hours, the staff visitors service provide support in an emergency.
When a member of staff is not on-site, the scheme is switched to the care centre in Guildford. If an emergency arises, help is summoned from a red pull-chord situated in all flats and communal areas.
