Where can I find studio space in the Guildford area?

• Lockwood Artists Ltd are a consortium of early career community artists who are based at Lockwood Day Centre.  They offer different types of membership with the possibility to access studio space.  If you are interested in community arts and are happy to work with different groups including adults with learning disabilities who use the centre, you can apply to LA for membership.  Contact: Craig Hills, Chair of Lockwood Arts at craig@jellytreetv.com or write to 74 Bushy Hill Drive, Merrow, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 2UJ.

Where can I exhibit my work?

• Guildford House Gallery have smaller spaces to hire along with their main exhibitions and they also have advice on holding exhibitions.

If you are a charity, voluntary or not-for-profit organisation within Guildford Borough you can submit articles to Through the Looking Glass  newsletter or arts email update, free of charge.  You can also submit your contact details for inclusion in the newsletter. 
For commercial arts organisations, please contact the arts officer to discuss rates.

Does Guildford Borough fund arts projects? 
Yes, we contribute towards community arts projects that benefit Guildford Borough residents. Go to Arts grants and funding for details of the Arts Grant Aid application.
