Cash
We still take good old-fashioned cash. Just pop into the Box Office during opening hours.

Cheques 
Please make cheques payable to Guildford Borough Council. We recommend making a telephone reservation before sending cheques in the post.

Credit and Debit cards

We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Solo either in person or over the phone. We do not charge a booking fee.

Posting Tickets
Tickets may be posted to you for an extra charge of 50 pence. We post tickets to Friends of The Electric Theatre free of charge.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once you have paid for your tickets we are unable to make refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show at no extra charge, subject to availability. Alternatively you may return the tickets to the Box Office for possible resale. Resales cannot be guaranteed.

Data Protection/Security
Any personal details you agree to share with us will be held by Guildford Borough Council for three years and will be used for the sole purpose of processing your booking. We will not pass your details onto any third parties. If you would prefer not to share your details with us, please buy your tickets in person at the Box Office.
