Paul Foley is a dedicated landscape photographer who seeks to express his own personal impression of the beauty and moods of the natural world. He has a particular sensitivity for the detail, patterns and textures that are so easily overlooked. Paul regularly seeks the peace, tranquillity and loneliness that comes with being out in wild open places alone, preferring the evocative and changing moods of autumn and winter.

Paul gained his FRPS in both colour prints and colour slides in 1993 and he has also gained his EFIAP and MPAGB. He currently sits on the RPS Distinctions Panel for Travel Photography.

Paul has held three personal exhibitions of his landscape work, the most recent of these being in the City of London recently. Portfolio’s of his intimate landscapes have also been published in the photographic journals. He has also been awarded the ‘Best Landscape’ award for one of two of his images that represented England in the FIAP Colour Slide World Cup held in Finland.
