Roy has been a photographer for over 30 years and enjoys working in both monochrome and colour. His special interests are urban and coastal locations, and the people who inhabit or visit these areas.
He believes that much of the everyday world that surrounds us is less mundane than we often imagine it to be, and that interesting images can be found almost anywhere.
Roy is a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society, a member of the London Salon of Photography, and a member of the Arena and Mirage groups.
