Trevor was a laboratory technician in education for 40 years. However he took early retirement some three years ago to enable him to devote more time exploring his personal vision of the vernacular landscape through the medium of black and white photography. He has worked with the black and white silver gelatine print since the mid 1970's. This is still his preferred method of working even in this digital age.

He is currently exploring the aspects of panoramic photography using a specialist camera designed for this purpose. Its extreme angle of view extends the narrative by recording a wealth of information. Much of this information is controlled but some is serendipitous.
 
Trevor's photography is more concentrated on the 'common place', the ordinary every day scenes around us.
 
His work is held in private and public collections and he is a regular contributor to the monthly publication, Black and White Photography.
 
Trevor has exhibited widely both home and abroad.
