Bridget West graduated from the University of Natal in 1995 with a BA HDE (Higher Diploma in Education) in Drama and English. She taught in South Africa for a few years before coming to teach in London.

Pursuing her passion for the Arts, she completed her second degree, a BA in Art and Design and graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2005. Bridget used her final degree show to launch her company, Pieces Of You.

In terms of design, her main focus is on Sustainability and on the environmental impact of Design. As a way of spreading the word, she continues to teach and lecture on Ethical design and consumption in colleges in London.

Bridget has exhibited throughout the UK in galleries, craft and trade fairs and sells to individuals as well as high end boutique stores. The highlight of her career so far has been the purchase of some work by the Museum Of Contemporary Art, Chicago.
