Simon Lee designs and builds electric guitars called ‘Cyclotrons’. These fabulous, hand-built instruments are made from recycled plastics, allowing creative design to meet superb performance. The material is visually stunning, has a consistent structure and density, and is more reflective and less damping than wood – an indicator of good tone and sustained notes. Simon Lee says ‘these designs have come about because of my search for an environmentally sensitive way of constructing guitars that appeal to all those who have a concern for this planet and its resources.’
