TrashDesignManufactury - Vienna produces unique designs from the leftovers of our society. Their products are largely made of recycled parts of used electric and electronic devices, which are crafted into elegant and high-quality jewellery, furniture and accessories. Each piece is handmade and unique.

By acquiring one of these products you support a social and environmental idea at the same time. The business successfully reintegrates long-term unemployed people to the job market. The products are offered Europe-wide. TrashDesignManufactury is a department of the Dismantling and Recycling Center (D.R.Z), which is a project of the Verband Wiener Volksbildung. The center stage of the work is the reintegration, qualification and placing of long-term unemployed and disabled people.
The project is funded by the Federal Employment Office, the Federal Social Office as well as the European Social Fund (ESF).
