Old Guildford 1849 by Henry Pether

Guildford Borough holds a collection of nearly 500 works of fine art, including oils, pastels, watercolours, prints, textiles, ceramics and glass.  This occasional series of exhibitions looks at the work in the Borough Collection in artist alphabetical order.  The last exhibition finished with the letter 'I' and this exhibition will look at artists whose surnames begin with 'J' through to 'P', including work by Barbara Lawrence, David Leach, Alexander Monro, Dorothy Parsons, and Henry Prosser to name but a few.
