Tours of the House (Key Stage 1 & 2 History)
We can also offer, year round, free tours of Guildford House Gallery a Grade I Listed Building dating from 1660. The tours highlight how the use of the building has changed over the centuries and how people lived differently in the past, specifically the Childe family who originally owned the house.

A visit to Guildford House Gallery would be particularly relevant when studying Key Stage 1 and 2 History, for example:

• Unit 2: What were homes like a long time ago?
• Unit 18: What was it like to live here in the past?
