Disabled access
Our concerts are held in a number of different venues, some with easier access than others.  We endeavour to help wheelchair users and suggest that you give us a call to discuss your requirements before you make your booking.  Carers receive free entry to our concerts when accompanying someone who is disabled. 

Latecomers
If you arrive late you will be asked to wait until a suitable point in the programme before being shown to your seat.

Parking
Parking is very limited and patrons are strongly advised to allow plenty of time for parking.

Refreshments at Guildford Cathedral
Interval drinks will be available at all Guildford Philharmonic concerts and must be ordered on arrival.

Cushions!
Seating at Holy Trinity and Guildford Cathedral may not be as comfortable as a concert hall so do bring a cushion!

Teachers
If you have GCSE or A level music students who would like to attend rehearsals, please contact the Guildford Philharmonic general enquiries line for further information.
