Play and Holiday Activities:

In aiming to provide information for parents, guardians and carers in Guildford, the Play and Youth Development Service produces a Holiday Activity brochure for each school holiday. To view the current brochure please visit the Guildford holiday information pages. If you cannot find a scheme to suit your needs, please contact the Play and Youth Development Officer using the details at the bottom of this page.

Chips logo

CHIPS Guildford:
A registered charity that provides holiday playschemes for children aged 4 to 11 years who live in the Stoke, Park Barn and Westborough wards of Guildford. CHIPS runs for one week at Easter and four weeks over the summer holidays at Guildford Grove Primary School and Weyfield Primary School. CHIPS is an OFSTED registered scheme and has also achieved the Aiming High accreditation.

Disability Challengers:
Disability Challengers support children and young people with any form of physical, learning or sensory impairment. They provide a wide range of fun and challenging activities for children of all abilities.

FISH cartoon
FISH:
Fish is managed and coordinated by Guildford Borough Council's Leisure Development Team and is open to anyone aged 10-16 years who lives in Guildford Borough. The scheme runs for one week during Easter and three weeks during the summer holidays. There are a diverse range of activities available encompassing play, sport and the arts. Fish has achieved the Aiming High accreditation.

Shere Fun:
Shere Fun is a small, friendly, rural playscheme for 4-12 yr olds. The scheme is OFSTED registered and  provides fun activities during the school holidays

Ash Play Activities Sessions:
This scheme is managed and coordinated by the Play and Youth Development Service and provides activities for 3-11 yr olds living in Ash. Each session is for 2 hours and is delivered at Ash Youth Centre. For more information about this scheme, please see our Ash Playscheme pages or contact the Play and Youth Development Officer using the details at the bottom of this page.


Koosa Kids:
Koosa Kids provide holiday and after school clubs for children aged 4-12 years in Guildford and Ash. Holiday clubs run every school holiday and are based at St Joseph's Primary School (Guildford) and Ash Manor School (Ash). The after school clubs run Monday to Friday after every school day and service the North Guildford schools based at St Joseph's and the Ash schools based at Ash Grange Primary School. All Koosa Kids schemes are OFSTED registered.

Guildford Holiday Fun:
Volunteer mums organising activities for kids age 5-13 years during the Easter and Summer holidays. The scheme offer a range of supervised activities and Instructor led courses in a variety of activities.
