• All training sessions are free
• Please ensure your child (ren) come along to the first training session with a completed Parental consent form.
• All coaches / Team Managers are qualified in their sport and have undergone CRB checks
• The coaches / Team managers will be coaching the training sessions in a professional manner, and will not tolerate persistent poor behaviour.
• Photos and videos will be taken of Team Guildford during the training sessions and main competition. These will be used for promotional purposes on the website and in leaflets etc. If you DO NOT wish your child to be included in video footage or photography, please state this on the consent form.
• Unfortunately, refreshments cannot be provided at the training sessions, please ensure your child attends with sufficient amounts of water.
• Transport to and from the training sessions and competition is your responsibility. Team managers / Coaches cannot provide transport to and from sessions or the main competition.

We are looking for coaches and volunteers to assist in the training sessions and main competition in June. Return a completed SYGs Count Me In 2007 form to register your interest. For non-coaching and umpiring roles, no experience is required.
