Guildford Spectrum boasts one of the largest gyms in the region 'energy level' with over 100 pieces of equipment including running and rowing machines, cross trainers and a variety of weight equipment.  Members can also experience the spa area and truly release the stresses and strains of life in our jacuzzi, aroma and steam rooms.
