Situated in the heart of the Ash community Energy Level gym and Ash Manor Sports Centre are located within the grounds of Ash Manor School.
Energy Level
Energy Level is a modern gym with 40 workstations for that complete cardiovascular and resistance workout. Whether you are determined to get fit, tone and shape your body, or just coming to meet friends, we have experienced, qualified and friendly staff on hand to guide you through your individual needs.
Energy direct is our easy payment membership scheme starting from as little as £19.50 per month. There is no joining, renewal or cancellation fees and all members are entitled to regular free reassessments. If this is not for you why not try our flexible pay as you train payments system from £4.40 per session.
Opening hours are:
- Monday: 7.30am - 10.55am, 12.45pm - 2.10pm, 3pm - 10pm
- Tuesday: 7.30am - 10.55am, 3pm - 10pm
- Wednesday: 7.30am - 11.45am, 12.35pm - 10pm
- Thursday: 7.30am - 10pm
- Friday: 7.30am - 10pm
- Saturday: 9am - 7pm
- Sunday: 9am - 9pm
Please note: During school holidays the gym will open weekdays 7.30am - 10pm, Saturday 9am - 7pm and Sunday 9am - 9pm.
