How does it work?
Every time you present your active card when paying for certain activities at Guildford Spectrum (this page opens in a new window), Guildford Lido (this page opens in a new window) and Ash Manor Sports Centre (this page opens in a new window) we will credit your card with metre points for you to collect.
What can I do with these metre points?
Once you have collected your metre points, you redeem them against certain activities which are listed on the active card website (this page opens in a new window). Alternatively, ask a member of the Customer Service staff for further details.
Does it cost anything to join?
If you are a resident of Guildford Borough your card is free. All you have to do is fill in the active application form (this page opens in a new window) and we will process your card, then you can start collecting metre points straight away. If you do not live within Guildford Borough, you can still join for a fee of £5. (Proof of residency may be required.)
How do I find out about the latest leisure offers?
Visit the active card website (this page opens in a new window) for further information on the offers and redemptions for active cardholders. The website contains details on how many metre points you need for certain activities. It also includes special offers and discounts at other leisure venues, restaurants and attractions in and around Guildford.
How can I check my metre points?
Every time you use your active card at Spectrum, Guildford Lido and Ash Manor Sports Centre, you will be given a receipt which will tell you how many metre points are on your card. Alternatively, ask a member of our Customer Service staff to check for you, or visit the active card website, which will tell you how many metres you currently have on your card.
Do you qualify for a concessionary green card?
Guildford Spectrum's green active card is available to students, income support card holders, the unemployed, senior citizens and those on invalidity benefit. All concessionary cardholders will be able to take advantage of the concessionary prices at the Spectrum, Guildford Lido and Ash Manor Sports Centre. There will also be special offers and discounts for green active card holders on the active card website.
