Our 2009 season begins on Saturday 25 April at 10.30am.

The Lido is set in three acres of landscaped gardens and retains much of it’s 1930's charm.  The site has a heated 50 metre pool and restored changing facilities which are perfect for the serious fitness swimmer or a family enjoying a day out at one of Guildford’s best kept secrets.

The swimming pool is open until mid-September, from 10.30am - 6.30pm for public swimming.

Customer information
Please note: Customers will be routinely offered a swim in half the pool.  Use of the whole pool will be at the discretion of the Duty Manager and subject to demand and favourable weather conditions.

Guildford Lido is participating in the Government’s Free Swimming programme for those aged 60 and over.  The session times are Monday – Sunday, 10.30am - 6.30pm.  Swimmers will need to register for an Active Card.  Please ask for an application form at The Lido or borough residents can apply online at

Guildford Lido will not be accepting the Kellogg's free swim vouchers.  The vouchers can be redeemed at Guildford Spectrum until 30 April 2009.

Due to school galas the Lido will be opening later on the following dates: TBA

Adult-only lane swim is available Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.00 - 8.40pm.  The pool is also available for clubs and private hire.  Please contact the Lido for more information.
