This sports gym can cater for the fitness fanatic or competitive sports person when peak fitness is a must to succeed! 

There are 22 dedicated work stations in the gym with dumb-bells up to 70kgs and a comprehensive array of free weights.  The gym is fully air conditioned and qualified staff are always on hand to give advice and encouragement whilst you train.

The Workshop is also great for sports clubs and organisations to build team spirit and ensure peak performance.

  11.00am - 6.00pm

Membership to the Workshop Gym gives unlimited access during opening hours to the gym and Lido.
