The premise requires a designated premises supervisor, who will also need to hold a personal alcohol licence.

Variations
If you wish to vary your hours of sale you will need to apply for a variation. This requires advertisements before it is granted and can be objected to by any one living close, or any of the groups or authorities listed in the Act.
