The Licensing Act 2003 affects you similarly to pubs.

You will be need to transfer your existing licence to a new type if you wish to continue supplying alcohol.

You will not need to hold a personal alcohol licence, and have a designated premises supervisor.

Like pubs, you have the right to transfer your existing permissions to the new procedure, which unless the police object (on very limited grounds) will be granted to you by Licensing Services.

Variations
If you wish to vary your hours of sale you will need to apply for a variation, which requires much more detail than a transfer, requires advertisements before it is granted and can be objected to by any one living close, or any of the groups or authorities listed in the Act.
